Achievement Incentive Program (AIP)

The Achievement Incentive Program (AIP) is an important component of our treatment strategy at Family Achievement Center. Our vision for our clients is to enhance each individual's independence. The importance of a team/family approach in assisting each client to achieve his/her highest potential is recognized. Each AIP is individually planned with input from the client, therapists, family and other important people in the client's life in order to facilitate communication for goal attainment.

In addition, a special reward schedule along with positive reinforcement tools will be used and based on a client's individual needs to maximize motivation and recognition for participation and achievement.

Awards Night

Just as many children receive awards for their participation in sports and academic programs throughout the year, the staff of FAC believes that our clients deserve recognition for their ongoing hard work in their individual therapy programs.

Each child who has participated in one or more of FAC’s therapy programs may quality for a trophy or medal to be presented during a special client awards ceremony in the spring.
