The Achievement Difference

Family Achievement Center (FAC) is dedicated to improving the lives and recognizing the achievements of those individuals, along with their families and caregivers, who face physical and developmental challenges.  It is the goal of our highly trained and experienced therapy team to develop and implement the most appropriate treatment plan based on each client’s individual needs, using traditional and/or cutting edge treatment programs.

FAC services are offered to clients in a new, state-of-the-art facility, conveniently located in a suburban east metro area of the Twin Cities.  Clients experience an added benefit from FAC’s unique facility and program offerings:

Backed by strong therapy programming and resources, the FAC team focuses on a family orientation meant to open the doors of communication between clients, therapists, educators and other professionals in the community.  Our ultimate goal is to help clients achieve a greater independence and develop to their highest potential.
