Family Achievement Center offers high quality Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology services to both children and adults.  It is the goal of our highly trained and experienced therapy team to develop and implement the most appropriate treatment plan based on each client’s individual needs, using traditional and/or cutting edge treatment programs.

FAC offers services and programs to clients in a new, state-of-the-art facility, conveniently located in a suburban east metro area of the Twin Cities.  Clients experience an added benefit from FAC’s unique facility and program offerings:
